Model 11.3: ANP BOCR - Green Supply Chain Design

Short Description

The aim of this work is to propose a systematic approach a firm may use to evaluate its own supply chain environmental performances. The approach integrates index methods for Environmental Performance Evaluation (EPE) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) with a multi-criteria model based on the Analytic Network Process (ANP) and BOCR Analysis (Benefits, Opportunities, Costs and Risks). A key aspect of the model is the consideration of environmental directives such as the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS).
